Privacy Policy

LudoAdda ("we", "us", or "the App") is developed and operated by Ranjeet Singh (PocketLabs), an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. By downloading or using LudoAdda, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID through Google Firebase Authentication. If you choose "Play as Guest", we create an anonymous account with a random ID only — no name or email is collected.

Gameplay and profile data. We store the username you choose, your game statistics (games played, wins, losses, win rate, and pieces captured), your leaderboard ranking, and multiplayer game data such as room codes, in-game moves, and emoji reactions you send during a match.

Information stored on your device. Your app settings (sound, theme, language), your virtual coin balance, and a cached copy of your login session are stored locally on your device.

Automatically collected information. Google Firebase may process basic technical and diagnostic information (such as app instance identifiers and connection data) in order to provide its services. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any payment or financial information. The in-game "coins" are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased or exchanged for money.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, keep you signed in, run gameplay and online multiplayer, maintain your statistics and the leaderboard, save your preferences, and keep the service secure and free from abuse.

How Information Is Shared

When you play multiplayer, your username, game moves, leaderboard rank, and emoji reactions are visible to other players in your match. We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to store and process data on our behalf; their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers through Firebase, with access restricted by authentication-based security rules. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active. Guest (anonymous) accounts are not recoverable once the session is cleared. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below, or by using the in-app account deletion option where available. We will delete your profile, statistics, and authentication record within 30 days of a verified request.

Children's Privacy

LudoAdda is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means.
